The Marianne Gutierrez Tone and Stretch routine is taught locally at two classes near where I live.  The design of the routine is to take each Tone or Stretch activity with the body carefully positioned for maximum effect and safe delivery.

There is also a short Get UP routine for those suffering with CFS/ME or a fatigue condition.  I use it most mornings to Get . Me . Up!
