Whoops – here we go again!
A re-training programme for the brain. Is this brain-washing? The Lighthing Process is rivalled by Gupta Amygdala Retraining programme versus Patrick Holford’s own type of re-training something we have always known: Good Food, and really didn’t need to be persauded.
