I drink coffee from organic coffee beans I have ground myself.

But

Everything we consume needs something else to help us assimilate it in our bodies.  Coffee needs calcium, magnesium and B vitamins to name but a few.  Just as protein needs calcium.  So as with everything to do with food, eat naturally produced and varied.
