So essential. So important. They aid digestion. Digestion puts nutrients in our blood. The blood feeds the nutrients into every cell of our body. The body gets fed.

Where can enzymes be found? All fruit and veg, especially fruit. Especially fruit like pineapples and apples and berries.

Fruit kick starts the digestion into action when eaten first thing in the morning for breakfast.
