Perhaps this is why it took me so long to realise that I can stretch without exercising.
I knew I wanted to stretch but I kept putting myself through an exercise regime and then stretching afterwards. It was all too much and I would be ill the next day.
My stretch programme was written for people who are bed-ridden but it is also excellent for those MEers who aren’t. If the MEer can stand for a limited period of time then there is a stretch that is highly beneficial from a standing position.
I hope to publish this stretch programme but it is waiting for some illustrations from me, before I can publish.
The programme itself is very gentle and careful.
