You have a flu bug?

So you think you have flu?  a cold?

You are suffering with having to blow your nose often, an annoying cough, feeling tired, feeling achy, no get up and go.
You force yourself to get some exercise and feel more tired the following day.
You blame it on a bug going round.
But it goes on for days, weeks.
You need a holiday you decide.
You know what it is!  You know what is wrong!
Convenience foods – hamburgers, hot dogs, processed cheeses, milk shakes with dubious flavourings, flavoured crisps – the list goes on and on.
Stop it!
Stop eating this rubbish not does it not provide any nutrients your body is craving, it robs the body of nutrients to process it.
You are starving your own body and making it sick.
Eat fresh foods, fresh meat, fish, chicken, fresh vegetables and fruit and after a week on this diet alone then see if you are still feeling ill.
You know what to do, do it.
