I told you!
I’ve been saying for donkey’s years not to use sunscreen.
It will make you ill by causing Vitamin D deficiency.
I’ve said that to stop the skin going bright red, burning or blistering then cover up with clothing when it gets too hot.
Or spend 15 to 20 minutes in the sun or however long you can before you burn. Go inside and if you want to go out again, then perhaps use sunscreen if you can’t face covering up with fresh cotton clothing.
You can store Vitamin D but you need omega 3 oils (from oily fish skins, runny eggs, butter, milk) and calcium and magnesium.
