Freedom from Emotional Eating by Paul McKenna

Interesting that Paul has written a couple of books about dieting.  He said on BBC Breakfast this morning that there are so many books out there and they are all saying similar things with slight variations.  Is his just one more?

My book A Happier, Healthier lifestyle also includes diet, basically what to avoid (with references on why) rather than what most diet books advise, what to eat.
