Why can’t I eat peanut butter?

I cannot eat peanut butter organic or otherwise.  I can eat nuts whether they are organic or not.

My symptoms of eating organic peanut butter: inflammation, headaches, stuffed up feeling, stomach upset, nausea, bloating and constipation, general feeling of dull aches and pains which painkillers do not touch.

The following websites explain why.

Peanuts are not a nut, they are a legume.  Legumes should be soaked for at least 8 hours before being boiled and then dried.  Peanut butter nearly always arrives in a refined oil which can be rancid, this includes organic peanut butter, so a double whammy: peanuts not fermented and boiled, and refined oils can cause cancer and auto-immune illnesses as can rancid oils.  Peanuts contain alphatoxins a poison to human health.  Organic peanuts contain alphatoxins too.

Unless I buy organically grown peanuts, soak for at least 8 hours, boil them and then dry them – I cannot eat peanut butter.
